Condo Information for Guests

1. WiFi Access
Underneath the Television in the living room is a Verizon 5G WiFi box. The WiFi name and Password are provided on a label on the 5G box.

2. TV's and Electronics
Both TV's in the living room and bedroom operate the same, they are Roku enabled TV's. Use the Home Button on the remote to locate the live TV option or to scroll through the streaming options such as Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, Peacock, etc. We ask that you log in to your own accounts if you wish to make any purchases. Feel free to use ours if you will be watching the free options. We also provide a Google Home which can play music and provide plenty of information. Simply say "OK Google or Hey Google" to activate. 

3. Linens and Towels
We prefer that  guests bring and use their own linens and towels however in the event you forgot or did not bring any, feel free to use ours. Bathroom towels are located above the toilet on the wire shelving. Beach towels are located in the basket near the front door. Linens are available in the first drawer underneath the full bed in the bedroom. The center table in the living room can be opened and includes pillows and blankets for the pull out queen couch. If you do use our linens and towels, we ask that you put all dirty pieces in the black wire laundry basket located behind the door in the bedroom. 

4. Kitchen
We have a microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine available for your use. Please make sure the electric stove top is turned off after use. We have all pots and pans for your use under the stove top. Plates and glassware is available above the sink. We often have coffee and spices in the condo, feel free to use whatever is there!

5. Toys and Games
We provide a few games and toys for our guests. Playing cards, poker chips, and UNO are located under the TV in the right drawer. Bucket and Shovel, a football, a frisbee, a pool ball, and paddle pall are available for your use in the bench storage located in the closet area of the bedroom. There are also puzzles available in the same storage bench. Lastly, we provide two small beach chairs and a cooler bag for your use. Please use whatever you like we ask that you just please return them to the same spot when complete for our next guests!

6. House Rules
We don't have many house rules. We mandate that you do not have more than 6 total guests in the room at any time and do not throw any parties. We ask that you try to keep the noise level reasonable late night and early morning to be respectful to other guests and owners in the building. Our only other rule is to please return anything you use to the same place you retrieved it from.
